All planning applications are discussed at Parish Council meetings.  The Parish Council can support or object to applications and make comments on them but the decisions are taken by Herefordshire Council. If a planning application comes in and the closing date for comments is not until after the next Parish Council meeting the Parish Council will always ask for an extension so its views can be taken into consideration.
